Concurrent/Consortium Enrollment

If you wish to apply for federal financial assistance at EKU and you are

  • enrolled at EKU and another institution (Concurrent) or
  • enrolled at another school only (Consortium),

then you must complete an EKU Consortium/Concurrent agreement form.

Here are the detailed conditions which must be met:

  1. The course(s) you are enrolled in are not repeat, audit, or independent study.
  2. The course(s) must transfer back to EKU and be required for your degree.
  3. You must be taking your course(s) at a Kentucky College or University.
Out-of-state schools may be approved, but only in unusual circumstances.
  4. You have not received aid for a previous consortium course which you did not complete.
  5. You are not already enrolled full-time at EKU in the term for which you requested the consortium.
  6. A complete Consortium Agreement has been received at EKU by the last day of the drop/add period for the appropriate term.
