Concurrent/Consortium Enrollment
If you wish to apply for federal financial assistance at EKU and you are
- enrolled at EKU and another institution (Concurrent) or
- enrolled at another school only (Consortium),
then you must complete an EKU Consortium/Concurrent agreement form.
Here are the detailed conditions which must be met:
- The course(s) you are enrolled in are not repeat, audit, or independent study.
- The course(s) must transfer back to EKU and be required for your degree.

You must be taking your course(s) at a Kentucky College or University.
Out-of-state schools may be approved, but only in unusual circumstances. - You have not received aid for a previous consortium course which you did not complete.
- You are not already enrolled full-time at EKU in the term for which you requested the consortium.
- A complete Consortium Agreement has been received at EKU by the last day of the drop/add period for the appropriate term.
